Obstacles are stepping stones for growth. We've designed an environment that teaches kids how to navigate fear, failure and develop skills to progress past challenging circumstances.
MISSION & HISTORY.
From a seven year old bullying victim who ended up inspiring a 'get off the couch' generation of kids to the tireless efforts of a high school teacher looking for empowering and non-barrier extracurricular options for her students, our idea to establish a place where any kid from any background could come into a space where all is designed to discover a better self began with Obstacle Course Racing.
Because obstacles can be quite the challenge, as is life, they are excellent tools for building self esteem, teaching essential life-skills, promoting teamwork, offering a sense of belonging and expanding mental toughness.
What started with a handful of kids, now expands to multiple service locations, after-school programs, youth=organization collaborations and a comprehensive exercise and mindset curriculum impacting hundreds of kids annually.
The Mission of the Warrior Focus Foundation is to impact the lives of underserved children through Obstacle Course & Mindset Training.
Our expanding curriculum integrates obstacle course training, functional movement and strong mindset development dynamics to create a limitless and empowered future generation.
